Do not do any business with them
Please do not waste your money on these people they are so unprofessional. I’ve had 6 property managers since I’ve been here. The house has failed inspection 4-5 times. They have still yet came into this house to see how it looks but they expect you to pay the rent and all these extra fees that they add on. I’ve been here since 2019 and I’ve been complaining the whole time. I swear If I had it I would be up out of here this is Ridiculous
They have a property manager who is claiming to be licensed when she is not. Stacey Parrish is not licensed. Do not use this company. She is not licensed has her own LLC under a different name and claims to be a licensed realtor and expert in property management when you speak to her. Will be reporting to the Real Estate commission ASAP.
Great property management structure to serve owners and tenant efficiently.
They are not thorough in requirements for application. They charge a fee and refuse refunds when decline and reason for decline is not listed on Agreement terms. Extremely unprofessional and shady business. Should list EVERYTHING that would not qualify you for your application fee refund so that people do not waste their time and money to apply.
