To the property investors and the renter before you use this company please do some research. The experience I have had with them they are a slum property management company. I am the owner of a property beside the property they manage and have watch them put Band-Aids on a lot of things, but now my property is getting damaged because of their unwillingness to fix things correctly. Horrible company!! They have not returned my security deposit that was due back by aug 24 (that’s the 30 day grace period). I was told I’d receive it by sept 3. It’s now sept 11 and I still don’t have the money. 4 roommates are in the same predicament. And they debited my last months rent in July even though I paid that upfront when contract was signed. 1. They turn your neighborhood into a ghetto. 2. They don't do repairs properly. 3. They don't enforce noise violations. 4. They don't keep regular office hours. 5. They don't perform upkeep. Note: After having a repair completed, I came home to find it unlocked, five hours after they left....because they lost the key.
