I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company, as they failed to uphold the policies stated on their website. The quoted price changed after the contract was delivered beyond the promised two-day turnaround. When I inquired, I was told they do not operate on weekends—a condition not disclosed anywhere on their site. Upon attempting to cancel due to these inconsistencies, I was informed that my $500 deposit would be forfeited.
