Slate is absolutely beautiful and professional. My family held our father's surprise 60th birthday on 5/18/2025. From the beginning my experience was great. The tour is self-guided and done via phone. All of my questions were answered during the tour. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company, as they failed to uphold the policies stated on their website. The quoted price changed after the contract was delivered beyond the promised two-day turnaround. When I inquired, I was told they do not operate on weekends—a condition not disclosed anywhere on their site. Upon attempting to cancel due to these inconsistencies, I was informed that my $500 deposit would be forfeited. Son unos ineptos que sólo buscan quedarse con el depósito.
