If I could put zero stars, I would for the sole purpose of the mold. I found it at first in my attic then my drywall started rotting out by my door. Multiple attempts were made to contact maintenance. All they did was come in and spray primer over the mold obviously it did not work. It continued to spread and God knows how long it’s been there. Horrible. The place has cracks along the ceiling and the electric hasn’t even been replaced since 84. The neighbors complain constantly about the littlest noises they hear on their side and they also bang on the walls or argue outside their apartment. Can’t have small children who are loud living here as well or else they complain about that too. Even asked what we are supposed to do about an almost two year old and they said they didn’t care about our parenting technique as long as we keep it quiet during the nighttime and ... read more
