Horrible. The place has cracks along the ceiling and the electric hasn’t even been replaced since 84. The neighbors complain constantly about the littlest noises they hear on their side and they also bang on the walls or argue outside their apartment. Can’t have small children who are loud living here as well or else they complain about that too. Even asked what we are supposed to do about an almost two year old and they said they didn’t care about our parenting technique as long as we keep it quiet during the nighttime and ... read more
