We have a 10 year old slate roof, and needed some tiles repaired that had fallen/slipped. Terry came over and inspected the roof and had his team replace around 16 tiles. The job was well done, completed in a timely manner, and his price was reasonable. I would highly recommend using them and plan on having them inspect our roof each year after winter! If you have a slate roof, you need to hire someone who is an expert and used to working with this material!

We were extremely impressed with the work we had performed by Slate Roof Professionals this past spring and summer. This included a brand new roof designed with care and attention to our tastes, extensive chimney work and installation of gutter guards. The crew was amazing: expert, punctual and extremely clean - picking up all the old nails with a magnetic sweeper. Extremely disappointed in our experience with Terry and Slate Roof Professionals. We asked for an evaluation and proposal on what needed to be fixed to address some leaks in our terracotta roof. We agreed to his proposal and the work started. Once his subcontractor got up on the roof he identified additional issues and gave me another estimate doubling the price (we are talking close to $20k in costs). We've worked with Slate Roof Professionals for two roof issues. One was a complete re-roof job on the back of our home, the second was a repair to an addition on our home that hadn't been touched since the previous owners had installed it.
