Extremely disappointed in our experience with Terry and Slate Roof Professionals. We asked for an evaluation and proposal on what needed to be fixed to address some leaks in our terracotta roof. We agreed to his proposal and the work started. Once his subcontractor got up on the roof he identified additional issues and gave me another estimate doubling the price (we are talking close to $20k in costs). We've worked with Slate Roof Professionals for two roof issues. One was a complete re-roof job on the back of our home, the second was a repair to an addition on our home that hadn't been touched since the previous owners had installed it. Terry and his crew are beyond professional, do exemplary work, and work in a very timely fashion. Terry and team provided outstanding service. The work was complex and difficult to reach on a very high roof and they expertly addressed all issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of general roof repairs and/or complex tile repair or replacement. It is not easy to find their type of expertise.
Terry Lowe and Slate Rood Professionals were highly recommended by our neighbor and we are so grateful for the referral.
