These folks have ZERO compassion or interest in domestic violence situations. It has endangered the safety of my friend. But hey, it's pretty on the outside and they get their money.
The office manager is lacking in proper communication to tenants, and in care with finances. In 2024 I had a 4000$ rent check not get deposited and credited to my account- and I was notified months later I still owed. My new car was also damaged by their sprinklers and after lease ladies were very kind and reassuring that my bill would be considered re-imbursed from the water damage, she told me no they never do that. My husband and I have absolutely loved living here!! We moved here in June earlier this year and have had nothing but great experiences. We worked with Amanda on the application & move-in process and she made it so smooth and was an excellent communicator! She has been so sweet & kind and always answers every question we have. The folks on the maintenance crew at Slate Ridge are all amazing! I called the office today with an after hours service request and Ben was swift to show up (in the rain no less). He was super helpful and quickly addressed the issue! Ok units and ok property. Units are showing their age especially compared to more recently developed properties. As many of the other REAL reviews have noted, they charged cleaning fees at the end of the lease that were completely unjustified. The damage to the carpet that they billed to me was caused by the property's maintenance people who damaged the ceiling while replacing 50 year old. sprinkler heads.
