No support, no concern, rent raises at the end of the lease no matter what. Up 200$ in raises and more in added fees for things that dont exist. Charging for a common area fee when we have no commons, courtyard or amenities, there is nothing here but a overgrown parking lot and the units. Only half the units have ac the rest have wall units, electric heaters are ancient and lead to 400$ electric bills in the winter. They want 1400$ a month and they've done nothing for this place while letting issues persist
7/18 adding photos to show the quality grounds keeping they spending money on. Dead lawns every where, scalped grass, and they just shove a weed eater in the mulch for some reason. Nothings growing in it but might as well make a mess of it. it's hard to listen to all the neighbors talk about how well love this place was compared to now. Stratagem is treating this place like it's irrelevant. The grounds aren't cared for, I have a rotten cabinet that they refused to replace, they tried to dodge fixing the ac. it's hard to listen to all the neighbors talk about how well love this place was compared to now. Stratagem is treating this place like it's irrelevant. The grounds aren't cared for, I have a rotten cabinet that they refused to replace, they tried to dodge fixing the ac. The place is being let go and the residents are having to pick up behind them. Not fair to use past awards for a previous company when you haven't earned those awards also.
