I wanted to share that Tony from the maintenance team is a shining example of professionalism and kindness. Whenever I run into Tony he always has a smile on his face. We at Slate Creek are truly blessed to have Tony on staff.
Limited parking, people drive fast through the property, there are frequently unsupervised children in the gym and the ceilings are so thin you can hear almost every step of your upstairs neighbor.
we recently have had a few issues. When we signed our contracts we where told we get one covers parking spot and any open spot included in our rent. 4 months into a 12 month contract we are now told we are required to purchase parking permits, $25 each. (Not a huge expense but a lot when your budget is tight already and huge inconvenience when told it was FREE!!!) We also keep putting in a work order that gets marked as complete but never gets completed!! They have also fixed our AC twice and it keeps breaking down. It's 81 ... read more
Change management company again.
NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY ANYMORE IT'S UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT N***** UP THE RENT BY $200 AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE A PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY WENT THROUGH SO MANY DIFFERENT MANAGERS IN THE LAST 5 YEARS THAT IT WILL MAKE YOUR HEAD SPIN SO SOMETHING'S DEFINITELY WRONG.
Don’t live here. Worst management ever. They are so rude. No parking. Overpriced.
I have lived here five years. As of last week, we are now under new management. In the five years I have lived here, there have been three different property management companies. FPI was the worst, and although they did an extensive amount of repairs, they weren't done properly. People are allowed to speed through the complex, management cares more about the money from new tenants that are baited with the prettier buildings that are kept to look pristine rather than to the comments of longtime tenants of how they can improv... read more
