Working with Emily through ASI and with Slate & Stone as the caterer, we experienced efficiency and quality every step of the way. The food was outstanding and we loved hosting our baby shower in the Stuga Room. It encompassed elegance, interest, character and beauty with a little "hygge" mixed in. Can't recommend it more!
We had an unforgettable wedding night at the American Swedish Institute. The ASI staff supported us every step of the way. Amazing food and beverages, and an incredible venue.
Our son and his wife were married at the American Swedish Institute September 20, 2025. The venue is an absolutely beautiful place for a wedding. The ceremony and cocktail hour were outside on the courtyard and lawn. Yes, the weather cooperated! The dinner was in the Larson Hall. The entree choices were beef tenderloin, salmon and a vegetarian option of cauliflower steak. The food was delicious!!! I have always been very satisfied with Slate & Stone Catering at American Swedish Institute. They help pick the menu for your event, they are professional, and our guests always leave the event happy. I'm excited to work with them again!
We've done a few corporate team meetings here now, and the food and service is absolutely top notch.
