Slatch was able to fit me in last minute and replace my tire after it popped on the side of the road. They were so incredibly kind and had AMAZING communication while I was waiting for a tow. Genuinely incredible service and incredible people, I cannot recommend them enough. They were a very bright spot on a very unlucky day, and I am immensely grateful to both Slatch and the universe for letting me break down so close to them.

Found this shop through my warranty. Came in to fix my moonroof, owner took advantage of my warranty by overcharging them. Whilst under his care they severely damaged my interior. Owner replied saying “ drop off your car let me take a look”. Find another shop. $280ph for labor is a scam.
Prices at least 25% lower than all nearby auto shops. I have been a Queens native my whole life and have been going to Slatch Auto for the last 15 years. Top class service and quick turn around.
