I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Slat Fencing Online has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. August 2025 placed an order for a pool enclosure on line with payment taken immediately. 2 months later after we made repeated calls, emails and left messages asking for an update on our order, no reponse... What was supposed to be a 3 week job to delivery, we have nothing to show and no idea if we ever will. This company is a scam. Beware. Look elsewhere.
I was lookng to extend a part of my patio with aluminium slats. Troy from the WA office (Wangara) assisted me with my enquiry and order. From the very beginning to the delivery, I have been truly impressed with Troy's knowledge and willingness to help. At the Wangara showroom, Troy put together small samples to show me what the end product would look like and even suggested a different idea which I ended up with. Really disappointing customer service. Constantly had to call to get an update on our order only to reach a call centre that takes your name and number. In the end we received the slats but when we called for some advice we once again were met with the call centre answering service and never received a call back. The quality of the slats are great but I wouldn't recommend this company due to the poor customer service. Definitely go elsewhere!
