I was lookng to extend a part of my patio with aluminium slats. Troy from the WA office (Wangara) assisted me with my enquiry and order. From the very beginning to the delivery, I have been truly impressed with Troy's knowledge and willingness to help. At the Wangara showroom, Troy put together small samples to show me what the end product would look like and even suggested a different idea which I ended up with. Really disappointing customer service. Constantly had to call to get an update on our order only to reach a call centre that takes your name and number. In the end we received the slats but when we called for some advice we once again were met with the call centre answering service and never received a call back. The quality of the slats are great but I wouldn't recommend this company due to the poor customer service. Definitely go elsewhere! Avoid at all costs! This is an atrocious company to deal with! My experience is almost exactly the same as Michael Borlini's review on here and I can confirm his grievances with them are spot on. I ordered a kit on the 27th of Feb, and tried to contact them numerous times via phone and email to get an update on the order and there was next to no communication. After they finally shipped it 3 months later, for some strange reason my order was sent in 2 parts which meant that I had to hire a trailer twice to pick up one order.... read more
