Very knowledgeable and friendly, results were explained thoroughly and staff were supportive throughout the process.
I was referred to this office in 2020 by my therapist. When I called to check on my referral they said I could have a telehealth appointment. I got a call later saying they were moving back to in-person appointments and they would call me back to schedule. They never called me back. I tried calling them multiple times in 2020 and never heard back. I gave up. Just now: August of 2022 I receive a phone call from them saying I have an 11am appointment with their office. We absolutely love Dr.Shelton and her staff. They are very friendly, incredibly helping, very easy to talk to. The location a bit hard to find if you dont look up at the signs. (Its on the side of the building between two dentist offices. My son said the dr was was kind, took her time with her and made him very comfortable. He has a few issues so to get a response like that says big big big things. Trevor (a staff member) was extremely helpful, he's made reminder calls, walked me through paperworker, and even went out of his... read more
