They scheduled an appointment for the next day, Wednesday, for arrival of a plumber between 2:00 and 4:00. Nate arrived promptly at 2:00 according to the text message. He diagnosed the fill valve as the problem. The fill valve and testing were done in an hour. Nate was very prompt, competent, and polite. Great service.
