Great service and wonderful provider! Sam was terrific.
10/24 Josh checked out my HVAC in my newly purchased home and showed me how to use the sophisticated thermostat. Very courteous and informative; and you can’t beat their annual maintenance plan! Highly, highly recommend! Update-great seasonal service program. Zach was punctual, friendly and helpful. 10/25 Sam was very timely and courteous during my Fall HVAC service…..all good!
Sam came out for our HVAC maintenance. He was thorough, courteous and expert. Highly recommend San, SLAM and HVAC manager Zach McKay.
My drain pan was full of water unexpectedly. I called SLAM and they sent a tech the next day who was very friendly and correctly diagnosed a clogged drain pipe, which got repaired and the v drain pan was emptied. Rapid friendly service, would definitely use them again (though hope i won't have to!)
