Yet another good exchange with SLAM, heating and cooling division this time. Unit completely kaput! Working several proposals for replacement. Another journey that is satisfactory.
Great service call. Helped alleviate any concerns about the functionality of our heat pump system and learned a few things we can do to maintain the system.
