Every once in awhile a great place has an off day. Sometimes it's just an off employee. Several weeks back I had a passive encounter with an employee at the counter in jackson. She was not directly helping me but had a strong opinion. I wrote it off as not a big deal as she was not directly helping me. However today it was just her and I.
