My company has been a long time customer of Slakey Brothers and we generally have a pretty positive experience at every other branch but this one. Over the years whenever we've had to order through the Santa Rosa branch they've either been unfriendly, unhelpful or both. They often fail to communicate critical information about our orders and our driver winds up wasting a trip simply because their inventory database is off and nobody bothered to check if product is actually, physically on hand.

Front desk won’t talk to you unless you show proof of a contractors license. Even with proof they won’t sell to general contractors unless they have a HVAC license only. It’s legal for generals to install more than one trade but they don’t seem to know that. Took 30-45 minutes for Jarrett at the counter to figure out how to use a my credit card because they don’t use card chips. Took another half hour to get the guys to pull my product. If I could give less I would, they also laid off a whole bunch of hard working people and currently hiring just cause they don’t want to do profit share.! Terrible company never purchase from here!
