Had an old warranty claim on a warrantied water heater that was over 6 months old. Called and spoke to Tom who is the manager there and let me tell you, Slakey sure knew what they were doing when they gave him that title. He was so patient and kind and worked with me to get this information submitted for refund, and was just a delight to work with!
