Joe came to our home and in 10 minutes identified, diagnosed and repaired a faulty shower that the idiots at ExploreUSA had failed to fix in 4 different trips to their shop. Later, he again went way out of his way to diagnose a failed roof. He arranged a storage slot for us with the rv park at Lake Joe Poole waiting for replacement EPDM. Did a great job stripping the roof, repairing the structure, putting the new EPDM on and repainting. Worked hand in hand with the manufacturer as it was all warranty.
Joe Slade picked up my RV in late January to fix the slide out, steps and mount an AC I bought. He said he put gas in it and wash it for listing it for consignment sale. He said it needed a new roof as well. But after 3 1/2 months the AC doesn't work, the slide out and steps aren't fixed. And he never checked it for winterizing and it now needs a $1000 water heater.
