After pushing my dog into a corner to euthanize her she was left in the cooler for eight days. Never went back. Never will. And I was a client for 14 years.
They take great care of my English Bulldogs. Caring, Courteous and knowledgeable.
I brought my South African Boerboel here yesterday and this hospital is fantastic! Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. They were open at 7:30pm when I called to ask about their reproductive clinic!!! Scott (vet tech) was patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions when I first called. And Dr Migday herself worked with my Boerboel and took a lot of time to explain everything. Everyone here is amazing - I will definitely be a regular now.
The folks at SVH are great. Just brought our 10 year old cat Annie in for a wellness check because we were concerned that she was sick. They took us in same day, Dr Kremmer and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable and we received a follow up call the next day as promised. The facility is impeccably clean too. Good news is Annie is feeling better, thanks SVH! KP
Highly recommend. When all our local vets were calling for spaying our 1 year old breeding cat with Pyo, the team at Slade were totally on board with the proper protocol for treatment. Saved the fertility of my girl and several months later, we have 5 beautiful babies as proof! I only wish they were closer for using them for all our regular visits, but at an hour drive from Northeast CT, it's worth it for emergency, breeder issues. Thanks team Slade!
