Terrible bedside manner, extremely arrogant, unethical, and messed up my right eye during routine lasik enhancement. He charged an additional $1300 for procedure to (try to) fix the problem that he created. Wound up paying over $6000 for lasik in total, and have vision that bothers me 24/7. One of the biggest regrets of my life!
4-30-2015 I had a really bad experience today at Baker & Slade located 3900 Essex, # 101. Had scheduled an appointment 31 days ago and I arrived at the location at 6:50AM. After allowed in the office, I observed 4-5 different patients were also scheduled at 7:00AM. I brought my concerns to the counter cust. service clerks and I was told 'I had to wait".. Why schedule an appointment when it seems Baker & Slade operates on a "walk-in" basis. My previous appointment I had to wait 2 and half hours when that was scheduled 3... read more
