A medical service should not turn down people just because they have never been there before. They don’t take new patients.
New to the area and haven't seen any doctor here, after a google search, this was the closest one to me with good reviews. I was told by the reception "we are not taking new patients, we can't help you". She was very short and rude. What is the aussie medical system coming to? Unbelievable.
STAY AWAY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Their Useless and rude and they have no patience with anyone. They can't be bothered booking me in yet the doctors up the road from them booked me in no problems.
