This apartment complex has been so amazingly accomodating and Kaleen was truly such a pleasure to work with. I moved in and unfortunately the common area fragrance they spray activated my immune condition and I became quite unwell. They allowed me to leave same day after moving in and returning my security deposit. I don't know many properties that would do that for someone in regards to their health, and would probably throw on a hefty fee to break after signing. Kaleen is such a gem of a human being. I love the management team so much, they care about their work. They are diligent a d orderly and have good grace. I have section 8, and I would call it "close" how Kaleen followed up with the housing coordinator-- Kaleen handled her poor attitude with dignity and grace too and she kept holding my apartment for more than 30 days... I feel like that is the one time someone has gone out of their way to do a good deed and for me in a longg time...I appreciate and value their service highly!!! You would too!

My parent lives in this building and the management company does nothing to respond to hostile living environments created by screaming neighbors, abuse of the common spaces for loud, late night parties (and smoking in a non-smoking building), and helping residents feel safe in their homes.
The issues and concerns are not taken seriously. I had enough and moved out. The property management still wants me to pay more money after they did not do anything to make this a livable place. The broken garage, neighbors fighting in the hallways, homeless getting in the building is absurd! I have communicated for several months about noise issues from the upstairs neighbors and neighbors on my hall having full on fights late at night that have gotten extremely out of hand.
