I like to support small businesses, and I didn't want to slam Slabtown -- the guys seem nice.... But my recent experience was awful. I brought in my Sym Fiddle scooter for an ignition problem -- the starter wouldn't engage. I also had them do 5000K maintenance and replace the rear tire. They diagnosed the ignition problem as a bad relay and replaced it. The mechanic started the scooter outside the shop, but when I tried to start it, nothing. I happily stumbled upon this shop when I needed my dual sport tuned up. They were prompt, very affordable, and incredibly nice. Every interaction with them was 5 star worthy, especially when they lent me straps to haul my bike home and I forgot mine.
