Put down a pre emergent 1st. Wait 4 weeks then put down your seed and fertilizer. Then you won't be out the money for top soil, grass seed and starter fertilizer. If only they told you this when you bought the soil

Never used the services before, but won’t consider in the future. Based on a driver in a Slabaugh truck having no common courtesy for other drivers. Driving 55 mph, the speed limit, on Belvidere Road and the driver pulls out in front of me with no intent to go the speed limit and I have to force on my brakes. Could’ve waited 10 seconds and pulled out behind a couple cars that were behind me and not impact in traffic at all. No common courtesy for a big heavy and slow moving truck to pull out in front of three passenger cars.
