Stack City (Slab) never disappoints!
The sides were great (besides the coleslaw, which they forgot!), but man was the brisket just awful. I got 1 lb of sliced, half moist, half lean. Both cuts were dry, had no crust, and were just not tender as good brisket should be. Stiff as a board on my finger. Way overcooked. Will not be returning.
The food was amazing!!!! The decor was very fitting & the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. This place is a must try!!!
This place is a gem! Super friendly staff, cool atmosphere and REALLY good BBQ. Seriously, go there. Ribs were so tender, tried the slider trio (all great). Mac and cheese was delicious. The banana pudding though- usually I don’t care for it, but this one was oh so good!
Had a great experience. Came later in the afternoon and we're greeted with friendly vibes. Had a variety of great food and beer. We chatted with tjr manager for a long time and learned lots about the business. I would recommend it for all occasions. Banana pudding was really good. Go check it our. Old Slab location, but better now!!
