If I could give them a 10 stars rating I'd. That's how much I love this place. I have moderate acne scars, acne prone skin and bad melasma from my 2 pregnancies and being Asian. I've been going here since Feb 2025, at least one session per month. I've used their pico laser, pico fraxel, secret RF treaments and they all have done wonders for my skin. The RF machine was broken, and instead of informing me of my options, the staff automatically chose a facial replacement for me without asking what I preferred. To make matters worse, the treatment room was located next to the employee break room, and the noise level was very loud and disruptive throughout the service. I had my second acne treatment and experienced some breakouts afterward, which I understand is part of the healing process. I’m looking forward to seeing the full results once my skin recovers. The staff was professional and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic was clean, relaxing, and provided clear aftercare instructions.
I did my first rf microneedling with Hannah, she was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this place, the ambiance is very relaxing and clean. All the staffs are friendly and knowledgeable.
