If I could give them a 10 stars rating I'd. That's how much I love this place. I have moderate acne scars, acne prone skin and bad melasma from my 2 pregnancies and being Asian. I've been going here since Feb 2025, at least one session per month. I've used their pico laser, pico fraxel, secret RF treaments and they all have done wonders for my skin. Here’s a polished version of your feedback that is firm and clear: I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The RF machine was broken, and instead of informing me of my options, the staff automatically chose a facial replacement for me without asking what I preferred. To make matters worse, the treatment room was located next to the employee break room, and the noise level was very loud and disruptive throughout the service.
