good service, but my left eye lashes began to to fall after only two -three hours when getting a lash lift

Went there once for eyebrow wax, will never again. It was overpriced, $25, but I decided to give it a chance bc of high ratings. But the lady did not know what she was doing, she also did not understand a word of English, so explaining how my brows are shaped was pointless bc she did not understand. She put a plastic stencil on my brows shaded them in, removed it and started waxing, already very concerning. There was so much hair she was not removing I was having to ask can we make this clean? Used to come here for years. My fav tech seemed to stop working here and the lady who did my eyebrow tidy and tint instead did a horrific job. She took 50 minutes for the tidy and tint (way longer than the usual 30 mins), and when I got home I realised there was basically 0 tidying done. There were still ALL the stray hairs below and above my eyebrows which is unacceptable for a paid service. The color was also far too dark.
