SL was easy to deal with start to finish. The estimator was on time, the office got back to me within a day whenever I called, and the install crew was friendly without being weird about it. The job ran about two and a half days and the yard stayed tidy the whole time. One thing I liked was they brought a sample board out so we could hold the shingle colors up against the siding before we picked. Made the decision a lot less stressful than staring at tiny squares online.
reached out after hail damage in early spring. they came out did the inspection, helped me understand what insurance would cover and what they wouldnt. the estimator was patient with all my questions even tho i asked a lot. install got scheduled for about three weeks out which felt reasonable. day of the work the crew was on time and knocked it out in about a day and a half. paperwork for the warranty came in the mail like they said it would
had a slow leak in the upstairs bedroom ceiling that kept coming back every heavy rain. two other roofers told me it was flashing and just slapped some caulk on it. didnt fix anything.
