Don't Just Don't! I was treated as an inferior once I gave notice to vacate, they don’t practice what they preach. I was at the summerset property in Gainesville VA. the steady flow of police to the property was awesome as the local police provided better security than the person hired by the property that showed up on a rare occasion. they threaten allot of things but never follow through.
