Very unprofessional, booked an appointment and week in advance and never showed up for our appointment, did not even take the time to cancel our appointment. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and rescheduled… Called to confirm they were still coming since he was running 40 minutes late only to tell me that he is going to have to charge me $475 for the Inspection because he was not going to have his employers climb on the roof for no money. This company replaced my roof about 3 years ago. Since they used nails instead of screws, most of the flashing has come undone. I called them for a repair on Nov. 17. Ray came out but had no ladder so he couldn't really see what was wrong. He told me Sergio would be out the next day. No one came. I texted and was told he'd be here the next morning. No one came. Worked with Ray. He was awesome. Answered all of our questions and made sure the job was done right. Roof looks great.
