Location, location, location! Two subway stations *literally* outside the doors. On the same intersection is a LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart and Starbucks. Hotel connects to PATH. 10 minute walk to Scotiabank Arena. 18 minute walk to the CN Tower. So many wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Lobby is gorgeous. We got an upgrade to a room in the Tower section on the 21st floor. My first impression was that the room was really impressive and nice. During our for night stay, there were some things that didn't impress me - the toilet randomly flushed waking me up, the restroom door was a sliding door so it's noisy going to the restroom at night, and the room didn't get cold enough.
