This place is disappointing, they leave a lot to be desired. I took my concrete machine to have the spider and arms replaced. Supposedly they are specialized in this type of work. First they told me that it would be ready in 2 weeks maximum while the parts were ordered. More than a month went by and that was when they finally responded, supposedly they forgot to call me. At the end of all this, I picked up my machine and put it in my garage without using it even once since the repair. The photo speaks for itself. What a crap... read more
