No one ever answers the phone... been trying to call to seek primary care for over a week. I've called them at all time day afternoon and no answer. You cant even leave a message.
I am so grateful for Philip Gauzlin! He listens, he cares and does whatever necessary to meet my needs and the staff is friendly and personable. Thank you to all!
Maybelle Ursales is without a doubt the worst doctor I have ever been to. Do not waste your time here. The front staff was polite, the assistant was great, the doctor however, is a failure. I went to her three separate times and my favorite quote from her was "I don't know, this isn't an issue, ask your veterinarian whats wrong with you". I went to a respectable physician and was quickly diagnosed, treated, and on my way. That's what I expect from a medical professional.
