Parts department clearly lacking leadership and organization. I purchased the components for a timing belt and water pump job on a Honda Odyssey. After multiple calls and 2 trips to the dealership they still did not get all of the components I called and ordered 2 days previous and added parts I did not order.
If you go ask for Jonathan! Best salesman I’ve dealt with since buying cars. Very responsive and attentive to wants for a car
My wife’s CRV battery went bad while she was in Bartlesville and these guys came to her and fixed her car while she was at Voice of the Martyrs. Their prices were very fair and 5 star. I am a retired GM at a GMC Buick store and these are very good employees, and a superior Service Manager. Thank you so very much! David J Raming
We had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Scott Upton. It was the smoothest car buying experience we’ve ever had. He is very patient, knowledgeable and he was able to get us everything we asked for. I highly recommend this dealership for a smooth and easy process. We arrived at 10 and left around noon with a new car! Thank you, Scott!
