The scheduling system is highly inefficient. My friend attempted to cancel an appointment via text, but the system failed, forcing them to call instead. Furthermore, the office mistakenly canceled my friend's actual appointment later on, falsely claiming they had received a phone request to do so.

I can finally say I've found a doctor who explains everything very well and tells you step by step what she's doing while she works, which makes you feel very comfortable. Her name is Dr. Dimah Khalid. I recommend her 100%.
