What great people to deal with ! When you need anything computer related this is the place to go.
Dropped my laptop off for repair Oct. 8. I received a quote for repairs on Oct. 12 and gave the go ahead. I never heard anything back, so I called Oct. 22 to check status and was told that the part had still not arrived, but I would be a priority. My wife called the following week and was told that I had already been informed that it could be a month.
