I was quoted one price and when we got home it was higher. They wouldn't give me my money back. The drive had an air freshener that could kill a horse. Could barely breathe. I found the call center rude. Our plane was delayed and they kept calling . Never again Uber all the way.
Posted price was much lower than what I was quoted as i live outside the city. Call taker was short and rude and advised I get another quote. I agreed to take the ride. I suppose a miscommunication partially on my part as he did not book my ride. He was short and rude again when I called back to check if they were coming. Uber is $40 less anyway. If you use the service make sure you are clear that you have or have not booked.
I want to share positive experience, thanks to our driver Baz , such a professional guy from the beginning, really helpful and easy to talk to!
The guy on the phone was rude. Told us he didn’t have our reservation and then after realizing he was wrong, blamed it on us saying we had the wrong date. Also found a cheaper limo service afterwards anyway.
