Skywater Realty took over management of Country Club Townhomes from Southern Classic Management and things improved slightly. Valerie was nice, helpful and very accessible. Maintenance calls were more timely but there were some times when I had to call for maintenance more than once for the same issue. Beware of the ridiculous charges when you move out. We were happy with the apartment at Legacy Mills. The neighbor was noisy with cars flying up and down the road and the hospital located behind the the complex, ambulances at all times of the day. We spent about four months there out of a 6 month lease while looking for a house. The company kept our deposit saying the carpet wasn't clean and the apartment too. We had spent a whole weekend cleaning there. Total BS. I would not recommend this place.
I recently rented with Skywater and couldn’t be happier. They are always easy to deal with and Valerie is a real professional. I am a student and very pleased with the awesome (yet reasonably priced) apartment I rented. They are super quick to address any issues and maintenance issues. If you are looking to rent in Milledgeville, look no further than Skywater!
