Skywater at Town Lake is a beautiful community! Andre was incredibly helpful in showing me options close to my price range. Even though there wasn’t availability for my move-in timeframe, he went above and beyond by checking nearby sister properties to find options within my budget and schedule. His kindness and effort really stood out, and because of that, I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for any upcoming availability at Skywater!
While trying to figure out the best options for me, Andre made the entire process so much easier! He was super helpful & knowledgeable!
I’ve lived at Skywater Apartments for 7 years in the same apartment, through four management changes and one ownership change. The location is excellent, and maintenance has generally been average to good. I’m leaving a one-star review because the current management has made it clear that long-term residents are not valued. I relocated from California back to Arizona and wasn’t able to view the property beforehand and was super nervous about this move , but Hailey and Rachael made it so easy! Rachael sent me pictures / videos of the unit and the outside , and Hailey had sent me multiple floor plans to ensure I picked the best unit that suited my needs. These girls went above and beyond and answered multiple questions and had taken such a burden off of my plate.
