I’ve lived here for many years and want to give a well deserved shout out to Jorge and Blake for their service and efforts yesterday. They came to fix a leaky faucet and dryer that had simply blown a fuse . They were both excellent . On time , professional , Quick (maybe 20 minutes to complete both issues )NEW kitchen faucet is great! and I couldn’t have asked for better from them both . Thanks guys ! Jason

DO NOT LIVE HERE if you care about your money. Two roommates and I lived here on a 10 month lease for the school year and they charged us an extra month’s rent because we “failed to give notice” that we were not EXTENDING our lease. They sent out ONE email with no reminders regarding the issue and were not open to compromise in any way. On top of this, after we moved out they are now keeping our entire security deposit for cleaning fees and paint patchwork when we left no holes in the walls, and charging us an extra $1000 on... read more
