I live at Skywater Apartments and have had a really great experience here so far. The community is well-kept and nice. One thing that really stands out is how easy and efficient the maintenance process is. Submitting a request is super simple, and the response time is always impressively quick. Every time I’ve needed something fixed, it’s been handled fast and done the right way. Elevators are constantly out. Pet rules are not fully enforced. Could’ve found a better place for $1,900 a month!
