Extremely expensive apartment complex (2400 for a 2 bed) where management does not care about the complex amenities or the security of your stuff. I have been living here for about 4 months and many of the amenities have been not working despite work orders being submitted. We also started using the bike storage room (which costs another $10 a month) and within a month of using it, our bike was stolen. Strap in, cause here we go! TLDR: Do not rent an apartment here under any circumstance. This place screams turn and burn Arizona construction and soulless corporate landlord business practices. I have never had an apartment have so many issues that could have been solved during the build phase or by a proactive management staff. Moved in, unit was not cleaned.
