As an international student, it can sometimes be stressful navigating healthcare, but the staff at this walk-in clinic were understanding and helpful. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Saleha Rehman and her team are wonderful. The receptionist is always responsive and helpful when booking appointments. Dr. Rehman is very kind and takes the time to listen to even small concerns and provide the right treatment.
The doctors and staff here are excellent, and go above and beyond in listening to your issues. The problem is that they're very badly understaffed, and as a result wait times can be brutal and getting your prescriptions faxed can be a struggle. At the same time though, the people here genuinely care about you as a patient and person.
After our family doctor retired, my husband and I were searching for a new physician nearby and were very fortunate to find Skyward Family Practice. From the moment you walk into the bright and welcoming space, you immediately feel comfortable.
