Jeff came out to my house to do a refinance. I found him to be courteous and professional. He measured my home, took pictures, and asked questions about my remodel. I have used other appraisers that were at my house for a short amount of time and didn't ask any questions. I appreciated his level of detail. The appraisal was done quickly and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Skyward Appraisal.
My lender used Skyward Appraisal to appraise my 1-level ranch home in East Vancouver, 98682. The appraiser, Jeff Matteo, came to my home and was very sterile in personality as we met. No problem there, I just I assumed he was all about the appraisal. He took measurements of my house, multiple photos, and asked if any upgrades were done since purchasing. There were none.
