Frustrating. Waited for my quote appointment for 3 weeks, and they cancel the day of because I didn't respond to a text from an unknown number 3 hours before the appointment. They should have CALLED me yesterday. I guess they are ok with losing $30k.

After a prompt reply to my online quote request, an appointment was made. Brad arrived right on time and made a thorough inspection of my roof. He worked up a quote and explained everything that was needed. Next BJ ,the crew leader, called and came to get more measurements and set the install date. BJ and his crew arrived at 7AM and by 3PM I had a complete new roof including many repairs. The crew did a great job and worked like a well oiled machine. They cleaned up the worksite before leaving.
