Did not do what I was there for. They did what they want, without asking. Already reported to insurance company
My Mom visited Dr. Liao, had a very thorough examination. The office staffs were professional. Dr. Liao is very busy, she is in high demand! This is a testament to her medical knowledge and skills.
The front desk staff and assistants were all fine. But when it came to the Opthalmologist, Dr. Wei, the service I received was something I never, nor wish anyone else would have to go through. She was very dismissive and rude. When she walked in the office, she didn't greet me or look at me, and rushed me out of the office. I'm actually alittle jealous at my dog because his vet treats him better than I was treated..None of the other negative reviews on this page are wrong or exaggerating.
