Kim the Mgr . is really good at what she does, she tries to be fair with ev1, as best she can. She will listen to the tenants and do what she can to help. I myself have had no issues with Kim.
Kim is the best landlord we've ever had. We really enjoyed our time living there. They're always quick to fix any issues you may have and are super friendly. Thank you Kim!!
