RecommendedI been living here for a little over 1 year, the building are always clean as well as the laundry room, anytime we need Maintenance he is always here the same day. Every day someone is picking up any trash that is on the ground, I have never seen a clean dumpster like the one we have here it’s never overflowing with trash. The neighbors are very nice, I give this apartment complex a 10 also never seen one bugs in my apartment no mice no roaches not even a spider
the hallways are dirty --broken tiles on stairs screws sticking out could rip your leg wide open -- no maintenance done -- waited over 9 months for new bathroom fixtures and put in our own as taps turn on's were broken-- they are trying to get people out who are grandfathered in from previous owners rent would increase from 734 a mth to 1250 a mth not impressed
Lived at Skyview for 2 years and it was a treat. It is very well maintained and managed, and everyone makes you feel welcomed.
We have lived in the same apartment for over 21 years. We love it here. The apartment is huge, the location is great, the grounds and apartments are well kept, and management is wonderful. It is just like having our own home.
The BEST place I have ever lived I have been here for 7 years and I do not plan to move anytime soon.
Just like small town living. Comfortable, quiet, clean. The Property Mgr and Maintenance Coordinator are and treat you like family. THE BEST!!! I'm glad we came here. The Dodsons
