Do NOT move here, the worst place I have ever lived. Just problem after problem. The leasing office has no idea what they are doing and once you address and issue with them you walk out the door and they forget what you have discussed. You have to contact and have to nag them multiple times before they even get close to correcting their mistake or issues. Highly recommend living anywhere else !
Do not move here! Me and my husband moved out a year and a half ago. We moved out before our lease was up and paid our lease out in full. Everything was good. Well here we are a year and a half later and we just received a notice stating they sent us to collections because we apparently never paid out our account?!?! We have the statement in our bank account stating that we paid them the exact same amount that they are now saying we never paid. The remodelled apartments are nice. Most of the neighbors are friendly. Bedroom sizes are easy to work with. The walls are thin, so you do hear your neighbors often. The management are employees of a large company and they have no guilt about nickel and diming you for anything they can. Read their contracts very carefully before you sign with them. Do not buy in to the reserved parking program. The management company doesn't enforce it and the residents don't respect it.
