SkyView Academy truly teaches the whole child - academics, character, sports, music, drama, student council, service opportunities, and social activities, all in a safe environment! All 3 of my boys either currently attend, or have graduated from SVA. Each of my boys have found a place to use their talents, knowledge, and strengths at SVA. I am also an employee of SVA and love this school with my whole heart - it is wonderful to work at the same school as my kids.
This is the great place to learn and grow as an individual in all aspects.I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a place to learn,have fun and safe environment. Caring and loving teachers. Overall best school.
Our children started attending SkyView 9 years ago! And we could not be happier with the choice we made! We chose SkyView for the academics, the very-well thought out curriculum and the opportunity for our children to learn Spanish early on. After 8 years in the neighborhood schools, SkyView Academy is exactly the change we needed. The students are friendly and welcoming, the teachers are engaged, and the administration is focused on what is best for the STUDENTS. Combine all those factors with strong academics and structure for behavior and SVA offers a positive educational experience. Anyone is welcome to PM if they want an honest view of what the public neighborhood Dougco schools offer and why we left.
My daughters started in 1st grade the day SkyView opened and now my youngest is there in middle school. Our years at SkyView have been amazing for our kids and our family as a whole. We can not recommend SVA enough - Go Hawks!!
Amazing school! My son is thriving at SkyView. The teachers are so supportive and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure my son is successful. Couldn't ask for a better school for my son to attend.
This is our daughter’s freshman year and we chose to move from the public middle school to SVA for high school. We are so happy we did. The teachers, smaller school and class sizes, athletics and focus on academics have made it a much more pleasant year for her.
The teachers are TOP notch and the staff really cares and goes the extra mile. We LOVE the character development program that happens PK-12th and the interaction and community-feel between all the grades (yes, it goes PK-12th grade!). The families that we’ve gotten to know have become some dear friends. A school is much more than just academics (though the SVA academics are above-par!). I encourage you to take a tour and consider this great school if you live in the area.
