My therapist is great; insightful, curious and always person centered in her approach. The administrative side is responsive and has been very accomodating to my needs. I lost insurance while under the care of this establishment, and they worked with me to figure out a bridge arrangement. Now that Im insured again, theyve sent me a statement prior to any claims giving a good faith estimate of my costs for different session lengths so I am informed before receiving services.
