Outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and clearly committed to quality work. They communicated every step of the process, stayed on schedule, and delivered excellent results. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stand out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company.
We had a nail hole in the roof that leaked water and there was also a ridge of ice that was built up because some flashing was not done correctly. They came out the next day and repaired the entire spot. Did a good job cleaned up well and most importantly we're on time and met our need in a timely fashion. When other companies told us it was going to be a week or more before they could get to us. I appreciated their promptness and their professionalism.
Sky Shield Roofing demonstrated exceptional customer service in responding to home inspection report. Due to limited time on a follow up by Sky Shield, s manager, Chris Johnson, was scheduled to respond to my request and I felt like I won the "Sky Shield Lottery"!
