I moved in in January,, have never seen a roach or bed bug,,,air conditioner works great, great wifi reception, extremely quiet, and I have a kicken surround system, sound a couple of these reviews are from disgruntled tenant's.
Nice apartments,cozy and quiet,but it ends there! The building is infested.. Sure,they take preventative measures and,if they find something they are quick to act on it,but thats not good enough for me! All sorts of vagrants are moving in and bringing their " buggy " friends with them ���� So I would definitely NOT recommend this place..
Would never recomnend anyone rent. Broken elevators and infested with roaches and bed bugs.
